Im back from the beach! I was very active, i met alot of people and had a great time. I walked a lot and worked out only about 3 times a week cuz i got a bit sick but ate lots of veggies :)
Anyway, today I did Zuzana’s second workout and i have no idea why it took me so long!! I did the first one at the beach and i beat zuzanas time but this took me alot!!
Maybe it was because i changed the third exercise, I did the same that youasamachine.com who said that there were too many planks so she did 10 kick ups + 1 pull up ( i did chin up) x 5.
LOLOLOL i just realized i did 4 rounds instead of 3 so thats why it took me longer :P !
1. Manmakers: 5 reps (each dumbell of 6,6 lb - 3kg)
2. Low burpee hops: 20 reps
3. 10 kick ups + 1 chin up: 5 reps
4. Competition sit ups: 25 reps.
4 rounds in 29:40 min.
I wont be posting anything for the next 2 weeks because im going to the beachhhh.
Im excited and a little scared. Last year I had a good time but it was also a bit lonely, i had some friends there but they werent really my friends. I hope this This year will be different, I will do my best to not feel/look like socially retarded.

This morning I created a workout inspired in some bodyrock workouts. In total it was 28 min long.
Part#1: 15 rounds 30/10 secs : KILLER for legs
- Snowboarder: 23-22-19-18-18
- Elevated lunge right: 17-15-16-16-16
- Elevated lunge left: 17-18-17-17-18
Part#2: 4 min countdown. Max reps of get ups: 39 reps
Part#3: 15 rounds 30/10 secs: ABS
- Elbow plank jack sliders (slide in and out, i used my gloves) 21-21-22-20-22
- Mountain runners: 72-68-66-63-67
- Bicycle: 28-32-32-30-32
+ 4 min tabata high knees/skipping

My upper body is so sore from yestredays workout!! way too many chin ups! loved it tho!
It was a bodyrock workout that i modified the first exercise cuz it was with the sandbag and i dont have one and prefer doing bodyweight exercises:
The workout is called I WANT YOUR SWEAT . Its 4 rounds of 4 exercises:
1. (the only one i changed) Get up + chin up: 20 reps
2. Breakdance push ups: 20 reps
3. Side to side knee raises: 20 reps
4. Twist jump squats: 20 reps
all four rounds took me 35:37 min. def the hardest and the one that took me the most was the get up + chin up, it was killer! Today my chest, upper/lateral back, biceps, elbows are so sore! awesome!
Ive always been irregular in my periods, but its been 6 months since i got it and the doctor finally discovered it was because i had high insulin.
Lol its really funny cuz people with high insulin are usually fat and eat lots of sugar, im fit and eat pretty healthy and try not to eat sugary stuff. So im really glad i know this because it means i need to lower my carbs intake and get into a more paleo/primal diet. Now im really happy cuz my mom wont bother me anymore about not eating ice cream, chocolates etc YAY! The gynecologist gave me some medications i have to have for 6 months to lower my insulin levels. I HATE MEDICINE!!! i know that if i switch instatly to a paleo diet my insulin will lower but since i live with my mom i gotta have the stupid medication. Thank god its for only 6 months and not the rest of my life!
So the usual carbs i have and i need to lower my intake are: bread, rice, potatoes, oatmeal and i think thats it?… Anyway now i can finally eat in a more natural way without people bothering me. Now i can say, “I cant eat that because its bad for my health” =P . Yeah it really is, i could get diabetes, the doctor said if my insulin kept like this i could easily have diabetes by the age of 40.
